Making reservations for the Meno-Pause & Pamper Weekend package signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
All payments to Skinnyish Wellness Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that do not allow us to obtain refunds. This policy helps keep our package prices low and allows you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
NAME CHANGES
Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date, and a $250 name change fee after the final payment date, plus any applicable vendor fees.
LATE PAYMENTS
A late payment fee of $250 per person is required for any payments received after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final payment due date.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Missing a vacation is unfortunate; losing your investment is even worse. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection through Allianz Global Assistance to cover potential trip cancellations, interruptions, baggage loss, or medical expenses.

The package includes 3 nights’ accommodation at Hotel Hershey, all scheduled meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner as outlined), a Menopause 101 workshop with materials, and access to hotel amenities like the fitness center, pool, and sauna.
How do I secure my booking for the retreat?
A deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking. You can pay this deposit when you make your reservation, with the remaining balance due by July 31, 2025.
Are there payment plans available?
Yes! We offer a 9-payment plan with manageable monthly payments to make your booking more convenient.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
All payments to Skinnyish Wellness Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through Allianz Global Assistance to protect your investment.
What if I don't have a roommate for the double package?
Roommate assignments are not managed by Skinnyish Wellness Travel. If you are booking the double package, it is your responsibility to arrange and manage your roommate and their payments. If a roommate is not secured, you may be required to pay the single package rate.
Is travel insurance mandatory?
While not mandatory, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through Allianz Global Assistance or another reputable provider to cover potential trip cancellations, interruptions, or medical expenses.

Hotel Hershey is located at 100 Hotel Road, Hershey, Pennsylvania 17033. Travel arrangements to and from the hotel are not included in the package, so please plan your transportation accordingly.
